What we've got here is failure to communicate. Some men you just can't reach, so you get what we had here last week which is the way he wants it. Well, he gets it.
If Shannon is the coach, they better give him the funding to get the best OC he can get. Its going to be a slow process to turn it around. Id almost reather hire an offensive coach and keep him as DC. Its a win win that way.
They should just bring back Dennis if they are going to hire Neuheisal.
We cannot expect the man (who has more than paid his dues-has earned his shot, deserves to be a HC somewhere) to stay as D coord. He is going to be a head coach real soon, be it at Miami or not. His name continuously pops up in all vacancies. The OC is our dilemma right now. Yes, Leach would be a good HC hire OFFENSIVELY, but defense wins championships. Neuheisal would be the worst hire in program history IMO-MUCH worse than Coker.
